Peninsula Vascular Access ASC, Vascular Surgery Associates of Richmond seek approval for new projects — 4 notes

Hampton, Va.-based Peninsula Vascular Access ASC and Vascular Surgery Associates of Richmond (Va.) submitted certificate of public need applications for new projects.

Here are four notes.

1. Peninsula Vascular Access ASC applied to establish an outpatient surgical hospital in Newport News and one in Hampton. The facilities would have two ORs limited to vascular access surgical procedures.

2. Vascular Surgery Associates of Richmond also submitted a COPN application to establish an outpatient surgical hospital with two ORs. 

3. Peninsula Vascular Access ASC’s letters of intent expire Dec. 29. The letter of intent for Vascular Surgery Associates of Richmond expires Jan. 3, 2019. Each expiration date is one year from the date the letter of intent was received.

4. The applications are logged in the Virginia Department of Health’s COPN Monthly Report.
