MFC announces normal course issuer bid approval

The Toronto Stock Exchange has approved Medical Facilities Corporation’s notice of intention to make a normal course issuer bid.

The NCIB is for up to 626,350 of outstanding common shares, 2 percent of the 31,317,498 common shares issued and outstanding as of May 1.
