Nobilis Healthcare plans to acquire Victory Healthcare Houston Hospital, a 25-bed, six-operating room surgical hospital.

Southern Pines, N.C.-based Carolina Eye Associates is acquiring Southeastern Eye Center in Greensboro, N.C.

Physicians Endoscopy acquired the Endoscopy Center of West Central Ohio in Lima.

Hartford (Conn.) Hospital is exploring the possibility of acquiring Connecticut GI Endoscopy Center in Bloomfield.

National Surgical Healthcare, based in Chicago, acquired a majority stake in Savannah, Ga.-based Optim Healthcare, an orthopedics-focused health system that includes an ambulatory surgery center in Savannah.
