Methodist McKinney Hospital to open multispecialty ASC: 4 things to know

Methodist McKinney (Texas) Hospital plans to open the Methodist Craig Ranch Surgery Center in McKinney in November, according to Bis Now.

Here are four things to know:

1. The surgery center will house seven operating rooms.

2. The space proved attractive to the hospital as Methodist McKinney needed to expand immediately, according to McKinney Methodist Hospital President Joe Minissale.

3. The ASC will have overnight stay capabilities.

4. Methodist Craig Ranch Surgery Center will offer general surgery, urology, gynecology, orthopedic surgery, otolaryngology, pain management, sports medicine and total joint replacements.
