Here are four key points:
1. MUSC leased the facility for $2-plus million and will use the space for a musculoskeletal service line, imaging, patient services and support.
2. The 126,000-square-foot space will also include an ASC.
3. Post and Courier reports MUSC will put in nearly $16.4 million to renovate the facility and the developer will provide the rest for a total of $32.9 million.
4. A MUSC spokesperson did not provide a timeline for the project’s completion.
