Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center to build $27M outpatient surgery center, MOB

Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center in Gresham, Ore., plans to begin construction on a $27 million, 68,000-square-foot medical office and outpatient services building, according to a Portland Tribune report.

The new facility will include outpatient surgery suites, an endoscopy center and laboratory services on the first floor. The second floor will house Legacy Medical Group physician offices and the third level will be left open for future expansion.

The project is expected to reach completion in 2016.
