Hill County Memorial Hospital in Texas Purchases Majority Interest in Marble Falls ASC

Hill County Memorial Hospital in Fredericksburg, Texas, has purchased the majority interest in the Ambulatory Surgery Center in Marble Falls, according to a Highlander report.

As part of the transaction, the ASC’s seven physician-owners will retain a minority interest, and the facility will be renamed Hill Country Memorial Surgery Center.
