The Rochester City Council unanimously approved the University of Rochester (N.Y.) Medical Center’s Highland Hospital’s proposed $70 million expansion, City Newspaper reports.

4. Highland Park Neighborhood Association member Michael Thompson said, “People were concerned that the hospital would just overrun the neighborhood at some point. And I think they understand that.”
