Surgery Partners had adjusted EBITDA of $40.1 million for the first quarter of fiscal year 2017.
Envision Healthcare’s physician services division had net revenue totaling $1.56 billion in the first quarter, a 9.2 percent increase from the same period last year based on AmSurg’s and Envision Healthcare Holdings’ separate reports.
For the first quarter, Tenet Healthcare had same-facility system wide revenue of $153 million.
During the week of May 15 to May 19, Hospital Corporation of America shares traded at $82.25 per share, a 2.8 percent drop.
TD Securities lowered Medical Facilities Corp.’s price target from $25 to $23 in May.
