Cleveland Clinic, Rendina Healthcare Real Estate break ground on 72k-sq-ft facility including ASC

Cleveland Clinic and Jupiter, Fla.-based Rendina Healthcare Real Estate partnered to construct a $32 million, 72,000-square-foot health center in Coral Springs, Fla.

Here’s what you should know.

1. The partners broke ground on the center May 17.

2. The Cleveland Clinic will fully occupy the center. It will feature a clinical space, a diagnostic imaging center and an ASC.

3. Center developers expect it will open sometime in 2018.

4. Cleveland Clinic’s Senior Developer of Real Estate Peter Volas said in a release, “We’re excited to have the opportunity to explore a new approach to delivering a high-quality outpatient facility with a joint venture partner.”
