Asheville Surgery Center building acquired by Sanders Trust of Birmingham

The Sanders Trust of Birmingham has acquired a 24,000-square-foot medical office building in Asheville, N.C., for $11.6 million, according to an AL.com report.

The MOB has a number of tenants including the Asheville Surgery Center. The building was constructed in 2005, according to the report.
