ASC coming to Minnesota community in 2020

A new Gundersen Clinic with an outpatient surgery center is slated to open in spring 2020 in Winona, Minn., according to local ABC affiliate WXOW.

The 86,000 square-foot facility will also include a pharmacy, imaging services and primary care. The first phase of construction of a laboratory, urgent care, radiology and infusion services was recently completed at the site. The first phase is expected to open in December.

The Gundersen Health System, based in La Crosse, Wis., has 127 locations across western Wisconsin, southeastern Minnesota and northeastern Iowa.
