Show Low, Ariz.-based Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center cut the ribbon on its more than $80 million outpatient expansion Oct. 5, The White Mountain Independent reports.

1. The hospital built an outpatient pavilion, an outpatient surgery center and an administrative building, which totaled about 180,000 square feet.

2. The project finished $900,000 under budget.

3. The hospital built the expansion on a former trailer park development.

4. Medical development firm NextCore Group worked with Summit to develop a master campus site-development plan for the property.
