Here are six recent ambulatory surgery center and surgical hospital acquisitions.

Community Health Systems, based in Franklin, Tenn., acquired select assets of the Southern Illinois Center for Health in Waterloo.

High Plains Surgery Center and Covenant SurgiCenter, both in Lubbock, Texas, have merged.

Physicians Realty Trust, a self-managed healthcare real estate investment trust based in Milwaukee, acquired the Laser & Surgery Center of the Palm Beaches in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.

Caddis Health Care Real Estate purchased Manatee Surgical Center for $5.46 million on June 11.

Texas Health Venture Heritage Park bought a 20 percent stake in Heritage Park Surgical Hospital in Sherman, Texas from Foundation HealthCare.

Tenet Healthcare completed the acquisitions of United Surgical Partners International and Aspen Healthcare.
