1. Anchor Health Properties and a Carlyle Group affiliate acquired a 207,000-square-foot portfolio of three medical office buildings in Huntsville, Madison and Athens, Ala. All three facilities provide outpatient services.
2. LaSalle Investment Management bought Newport Beach, Calif.-based Newport Heights Medical Center, a two-building medical campus that houses an outpatient surgery center and multiple other tenants.
3. Hospital of Central Connecticut wants to purchase a majority stake of the soon-to-open Rocky Hill (Conn.) Surgery Center. The New Britain, Conn.-based hospital would invest $399,000 into the surgery center for a 51 percent stake if the state Office of Health Strategy approves the deal.
4. Broe Real Estate Group acquired Englewood, Colo.-based Dry Creek Medical Office Building for $15.6 million. The building is 80 percent leased, with tenants including Dry Creek Surgery Center and Center for Women’s Health.
