3 GI-driven ASCs and facilities in the news — November 18, 2016

Here are three GI-focused ASCs and facilities that recently made headlines.

Richmond, Va.-based Medarva Healthcare received its certificate of public need and will create a multispecialty outpatient surgery center, including gastroenterology, plastic surgery and orthopedic services.

Deerfield, Ill.-based Surgical Care Affiliates formed a partnership with Surgical Center of Connecticut in Bridgeport, which offers gastroenterology, orthopedic and urology services.

SCA also partnered with Norwich, Conn.-based River Valley Ambulatory Surgery Center, which offers gastroenterology, otolaryngology, orthopedics and ophthalmology services.
