3. Surgery Ventures, HCA Healthcare’s ASC business, acquired a majority interest in Anna-based Medical City Surgery Center of North Texas and Allen (Texas) Surgery Center. Both ASCs are now affiliated with Medical City Healthcare, which is part of HCA Healthcare. The centers will be renamed to Medical City Surgery Center of North Texas and Medical City Surgery Center Allen (Texas), respectively.
