Medical Facilities Corporation announced a cash pay dividend of Cdn$0.09375 per common share, which will be payable on Dec. 15.
Richard L. Sharff Jr., Surgical Care Affiliates general counsel, sold 4,574 shares of company stock for a total transaction price of $148,929.44, according to an InterCooler report.
For the nine months ended Sept. 30, United Surgical Partners International reported consolidated net revenues of $466.1 million compared to $451.4 million in the prior year period. Operating income increased from $181.9 million to $183.7 million.
Hospital Corporation of America stock traded at $69.72 per share during the week of Nov. 24 to Nov. 28, up 1.78 percent.
