AmSurg CDO sells 10k company shares

David Manning, executive vice president and chief development officer of AmSurg, has sold 10,000 company shares, according to a Markets Inside report.

The stocks were sold at an average price of $50.61 per share for a total transaction of $506,100. Mr. Manning now owns 113,247 company shares, according to the report.
