Four highlights:
1. With a patient satisfaction score of 95 percent, the Manalapan, N.J.-based ASC offers general surgery, orthopedic, pain, plastic, podiatry and urology procedures.
2. Local physicians have ownership in the center, which is an affiliate of Addison, Texas-based United Surgical Partners International.
3. The ASC is led by administrator Carolyn Davern, medical director Peter Rienzo, MD, and clinical director Karen Fresta, BSN, RN.
4. The center’s team also includes 11 orthopedic surgeons, two pain management physicians, one plastic surgeon and one podiatrist.
