Physicians Endoscopy acquires Ohio center, AmSurg CEO sells 3k company shares & more – 6 ASC company key notes

Here are six recent news updates on ambulatory surgery center companies.

Christopher Holden, CEO of AmSurg, sold 3,000 company shares for a total transaction price of $190,080, according to report by The Legacy.

Nobilis Health announced its estimated revenue for the first quarter of 2015. The company expects revenues to between $33 million and $35 million, up from $12.1 million in the first quarter of 2014.

Physicians Endoscopy acquired the Endoscopy Center of West Central Ohio in Lima. Following the acquisition, Physicians Endoscopy now has 38 centers.

Five research firms have given Surgical Care Affiliates an average price target of $39.20, according to a report by The Markets Daily.

Tenet Healthcare stock traded at $50.50 per share during the week of April 6 to April 10, up 2.75 percent.

United Surgical Partners International implemented the patient engagement platform Skylight Healthcare Systems, designed to support patient education and clinical outcomes for joint replacement patients.
