Here are four key notes:

1. eClinicalWorks technology is Cloud based, allowing users to access care across multiple settings at the point of care.

2. For some Banner Health Network providers, the Cloud-based technology will create a more fluid process between practices and allow practices to deliver preventive care more easily.

3. The technology is vendor natural and open, securely connecting ambulatory EHRs with hospital in-patient systems. It also connects payer claim feeds to provide cost and utilization services.

4. Banner Health Network will also use Join the Network, which is a P2P network for exchanging referrals and communications.

“eClinicalWorks’ track record in successful deployment with multispecialty, multi-practice health networks makes this partnership a perfect fit,” said Girish Navani, CEO and co-founder of eClinicalWorks.
