The Survey Activity Guide was updated September 2013 and includes revisions to the document lists, including the home care and hospital program lists.
The Joint Commission recommends organizations expecting to be surveyed in the last quarter of 2013 follow this revised version of the Survey Activity Guide as they plan for accreditation.
The organization published a similar guide for amulatory surgery centers January 2013.
