The AAAHC surveyors carry special AAAHC coins while on military surveys and one or more may be given to “individuals who have provided exceptional service.” The coins are also given to commemorate surveys.
The display where Dr. Egnatinsky recently placed a coin is part of a display that holds coins from wounded warriors on their way home.
