1. Dr. deLeon-Casasola is the program director of the pain management anesthesiology fellowship and a professor of anesthesiology at SUNY University at Buffalo (N.Y.).
2. He also serves as chief of the division of pain medicine and professor of oncology at Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo.
3. He is a long-time member of ASRA and has chaired the scientific committee for ASRA’s Third Annual Pain Medicine Meeting.
4. Dr. deLeon-Casasola also serves as co-chair of the joint ASA/American Pain Society committee that drafts acute pain guidelines.
5. Additionally, he was editor-in-chief of the Journal Techniques in Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management from 2000-2011.
