10 best hospitals for ophthalmology in 2023, 2024

Miami-based Bascom Palmer Eye Institute-University of Miami Hospital and Clinics has been named the top hospital for ophthalmic care in 2023 and 2024 by U.S. News & World Report, according to a ranking released on Aug. 1.

The top 10 ranked hospitals were recommended by at least 5 percent of ophthalmology specialists responding to U.S. News surveys in 2021, 2022 and 2023. Read more about the methodology here.
