WVU opens satellite eye institute

A satellite office of the West Virginia University Eye Institute in Morgantown has opened at WVU Medicine Wheeling (W.Va.) Hospital, according to an April 3 report from The Times Leader.

The practice will focus on cataracts, glaucoma and diseases of the eye. Thomas Uihlein, MD, a cataract and glaucoma specialist, will lead the practice.
