Vision Innovation Partners completes 22nd acquisition with Pennsylvania practice

Annapolis, Md.-based ophthalmology group Vision Innovation Partners acquired Harrisburg, Pa.-based Memorial Eye Institute.

Vision Innovation Partners said Jan. 7 that the acquisition is its 22nd since its founding in 2017. Memorial Eye Institute’s two locations bring Vision Innovation Partners’ total to 63, with 11 surgery centers.

Vision Innovation Partners is backed by healthcare-focused private equity firm Centre Partners, based in Los Angeles.
