ACC recognizes 140 facilities for quality

The American College of Cardiology awarded 140 hospitals its 2020 Performance Achievement Award after they participated in its Chest Pain-Myocardial Infarction Registry program.

The award is bestowed to hospitals that excelled in the highest quality metrics for heart attack care during 2019 and 2018.

Facilities received either a platinum, gold, silver or bronze-level honor.
