California optometry practice partners with PE firm — 3 insights

Redding, Calif.-based Larkspur Optometry partnered with integrated eye care services provider Eyecare Services Partners Management.

2. The practice will complement the efforts of Redding-based Shasta Eye Medical Group, an ESP ophthalmology practice.

3. Private equity firm Harvest Partners backs ESP.
