Here’s what you should know.

1. In a release, the center says an unauthorized person potentially accessed patient information on March 17. The center adds that it does not have information that an unauthorized person did access or obtain any information.

“Harrisburg Endoscopy is notifying its patients in an abundance of caution,” according to the release.

2. The at-risk information includes patient names, demographic information, Social Security numbers and insurance information.

3. The center is improving its security measures to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.
