Here’s what you should know.
1. Gastroenterology Consultants has nine physicians and two locations in Florida. In addition, Gastro Health is acquiring Gastroenterology Consultant’s anesthesia ancillary service, GCPA Anesthesia Services.
2. Gastro Health said the acquisition is the largest in its history.
3. Gastroenterology Consultants will become Gastro Health’s 25th South Florida location and its second Broward County location.
4. Gastro Health expects the practice to become part of the Gastro Health brand in August 2017.
