Haywood Regional Medical Center in Clyde, N.C., added gastroenterologist Paul Levy, MD, to Mountain Medical Associates, also in Clyde.

William J. Bulsiewicz, MD, joined Lowcountry Gastroenterology Associates in Mt. Pleasant, S.C.

Hudson Garrett, PhD, is PENTAX Medical’s new global chief clinical officer.

Lawrence R. Kosinski, MD, MBA, practice councilor at the American Gastroenterological Association Institute and a member of the Illinois Gastroenterology Group in Elgin, participated in a roundtable discussion with CMS.
