Dr. John Jarstad Implants First Crystalens Trulign Toric Artificial Lens in Pacific Northwest

John S. Jarstad, MD, board-certified ophthalmologist, recently implanted the first Crystalens Trulign Toric Artificial Lens, designed for astigmatism and presbyopia correction, in the Pacific Northwest.

Dr. Jarstad is the medical director and chief executive officer of Evergreen Eye Centers, which has locations in Auburn, Burien, Enumclaw and Federal Way, Wash.

The Crystalens Trulign Toric Artificial Lens received FDA approval on May 21.
