Dr. Gholam Peyman Joins Insite Vision

Insite Vision, an Alameda, Calif.-based ophthalmic products company, has recruited Gholam A. Peyman, MD, to its Scientific Advisory Board.

Dr. Peyman is widely credited with the invention of LASIK surgery. He is currently a basic medical sciences professor at the University of Arizona in Tucson.

Other members of the Scientific Advisory Board, led by Kamran Hosseini, MD, PhD,   include Gary Foulks, MD, Michael Lemp, MD, and Kelly Nichols, OD.
