Katzen Eye Group CFO Melissa Pitchford Named President and Chair of MD MGMA Board

The chief financial officer at Maryland’s Katzen Eye Group has been elected president and chair of the Maryland Medical Group Management Association’s board of directors, according to a Daily Record report.

As president and chair, Melissa Pitchford will be responsible for the general management and direction of the activities of the board, and will preside at all meetings of the Maryland MGMA board and membership. She will hold the position for 2013. She previously held positions of secretary/treasurer, treasurer and medical practice director.

 

Katzen Eye Group was founded in 1968. It has five locations in Baltimore, Lutherville, Abingdon and Towson, Md.
