Dr. Reese died Aug. 22. He was 31.
Dr. Reese co-founded Kernersville (N.C.) Eye Surgeons in 2010. At the time of his death, he was practicing with Ophthalmic Consultants of Boston.
Dr. Reese earned his MD from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed a residency in ophthalmology at the Storm Eye Institute in Charleston, S.C.
