QLT Appoints Dr. Vince Anido Jr. to Board of Directors

QLT has announced it has appointed Vince Anido Jr., PhD, to its board of directors, according to a news release.

QLT is a biotechnology company dedicated to the development and commercialization of ocular products.

 

Dr. Anido previously served as president, CEO and a director of Ista Pharmaceuticals, which was recently acquired by Bausch & Lomb.

 

Prior to this position, Dr. Anido held positions with Windamere Venture Partners, CombiChem and the Americas Region of Allergan.

 

QLT is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
