Ohio orthopedics MOB sold for $9.9M

A medical office building fully occupied by Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine in suburban Cincinnati has sold for $9.9 million, the Cincinnati Business Courier reported July 10.

Charlotte, N.C.-based Flagship Healthcare Properties acquired the property at 8099 Cornell Road on July 1 in a cash transaction, according to property records.

Since December, Flagship has acquired an ASC in Mobile, Ala., an endoscopy center in Pensacola, Fla., and a medical outpatient building in Powell, Tenn., leased to Greater Knoxville Ear, Nose & Throat.
