Meridian Health, Raritan Bay merger to include ASCs

Meridian Health and Raritan Bay Medical Center, two not-for-profit health systems, are set to merge.

The combined entity will include eight hospitals, as well as a network of physician practices, ambulatory surgery centers, outpatient centers and more.
