The 3,600-square-foot Periodontal Medicine & Surgical Specialists facility is located in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. The center has an operating room equipped with CBCT digital radiography technology and all necessary equipment for monitoring patients under general anesthesia.

Alan Rosenfeld, DDS, serves as the co-director of the center. “The patient remains comfortable under general anesthesia and is constantly assessed by experts while the periodontal surgeons perform complex procedures that would be much more difficult to accomplish in a traditional dental office setting,” said Dr. Rosenfeld.
