An 8,935-square-foot medical office building in Newport Beach, Calif., has sold for $5 million, according to a March 24 report from Connect CRE.
The facility was sold by investment products provider Equity Enterprises and is 62% leased.
It is located close to Hoag Newport Beach and currently has four tenants, according to the report.
