Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar made the announcement during a press conference Dec. 3, the report said. McKesson and Pfizer are both partners with Operation Warp Speed.

FedEx is also helping Pfizer distribute its vaccine, which is bypassing McKesson, the report said

“In the case of the Pfizer vaccine, Pfizer will ship directly through FedEx, and we will use McKesson to marry their product up with the vaccination administration kit,” Azar said in the press conference.
