Black Book collected survey responses from more than 800 ASCs using 38 different EHRs. The survey asked questions about scalability, pricing, reliability and training and other features.
More ASC staff polled this year said there have been improvements in EHR system interoperability and usability since the last survey in 2018. Ninety-three percent of providers said EHRs have become more efficient without affecting workflows.
