1. Dr. Tyndall launched Dr. Spine, which has locations in St. John, Ind., and Munster, Ind., to help patients avoid traveling to Chicago for care.
2. Dr. Tyndall has practiced in Northwest Indiana for 20 years. He has performed over 2,800 surgeries and treated more than 6,500 patients.
3. He was trained at Stanford (Calif.) University, New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery and New York University School of Medicine in New York City.
