Michael Chmell, MD, retired from his position of medical director at OrthoIllinois Surgery Center in Rockford. 

Capitol Pain Institute has acquired three practices and one ASC in Colorado. 

OrthoAlliance, a physician-led management services organization, added Chardon, Ohio-based Precision Orthopaedic Specialties and Chardon Surgery Center to its network.
