Orthopedic surgeon joins Physician Partners of America: 4 things to know

 He will provide consultations and surgery at the Tampa, Fla.-based Habana Orthopedic Clinic.

Here are four facts to know about Dr. Hunt:

1. Dr. Hunt founded Tampa, Fla.-based OrthoLinksOrthopaedics and Rehabilitation.

2. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics, American Osteopathic Association and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

3. Dr. Hunt received his medical degree from Pikeville (Ky.) College School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his internship and bone and joint residency at St. Petersburg, Fla.-based Saint Anthony Hospital.

4. He is board-certified in orthopedic surgery.
