HSS opens new outpatient orthopedic care center — 4 key notes

New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery opened a 50,000-square-foot outpatient orthopedic care center in White Plains, N.Y.

Here’s what you should know:

1. The facility features 20 exam rooms and imaging services.

2. In addition to its diagnostic capabilities, the center offers concussion therapy and sports performance services.

3. Approximately 25 physicians will see patients. A staff of 20 employees will support those physicians.

4. The center’s physicians specialize in adult reconstruction and joint replacement, foot and ankle conditions, pediatric orthopedics, physiatry, sports medicine and rheumatology.
