1. Dr. Fleck earned his medical degree from Macon, Ga.-based Mercer University. He completed a residency at University of Florida in Jacksonville and a fellowship at Jackson-based Mississippi Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Center.

2. Dr. Fleck specializes in degenerative joint diseases, total joint replacement and sports medicine.

3. He is board certified in orthopedics.

4. Georgia Sports Medicine is associated with Tifton-based Tift Regional Medical Center.
