Ohio ophthalmic ASC sold

A building housing an ophthalmology ASC and clinic in Sandusky, Ohio was sold last week, according to Healthcare Real Estate Advisors.

The deal included a sale and a renegotiation of a lease contract to align the rent with market rates.

The sale was ranked in the top 5 percent for medical buildings for price per square foot.
